Color Club Blue Heaven is a gorgeous light blue holographic polish. This was slightly sheer at 2 coats, so I did 3 to hide VNL.
It does not require any special base coat or top coat!
I ordered my bottles direct from Color Club's website, but I believe several other sites have them now, including Harlow & Co and 8ty8!
