Picture Polish Starry Night is a collaboration shade with llarowe. It is a charcoal jelly with scattered holographic flakes and what looks like holographic micro shimmer. The first coat is sheer, but when I added a second coat it turns into a squishy black/charcoal jelly which lets all the particles shine through. I should have added a third coat just to get rid of a little VNL.
I had no problems with base or top coats with this. I just wish my pictures could do it justice. It was near to impossible to get my camera to photograph the holographic flakes! It is quite stunning.
